New Councillors– welcome to Anthony Edginton & Hayley-Anne Reed

The Council is pleased to welcome Anthony as a new Town Councillor. Anthony moved to Hungerford two years ago and lives in a Commoners property. He spent 10 years working as a project manager in the Civil Service and now works for Vodafone. Anthony has joined the Environment and Planning Committee and the Highways & Transport Committee, and we look forward to his contribution to the Council and the community.

Hayley -Anne lives on Hungerford High Street and has been a resident of the town for the past five years. When asked what she would bring to the Council, she spoke of her passion for local history, heritage and the natural environment. Professionally, Hayley is Head of Operations for a fire safety company based in Newbury. We are delighted to welcome her and will provide a further update once she has selected the committees she wishes to join.
